Gregory Zabilski

Gregory Zabilski is a Los Angeles based photographer who specializes in the art of the moment—whether that’s the peak of a live performance, the precision of an architectural line, or the raw power of the human physique. With a career spanning over 30 years, Gregory has built a reputation for visual storytelling that is as technically meticulous as it is emotionally resonant.

A graduate of the ArtCenter College of Design, Gregory blends classical technical training with a modern, editorial eye. His work is defined by a mastery of lighting and a unique ability to put subjects at ease, allowing their authentic personality—or "kenergy"—to take center stage.

Gregory is perhaps best known as the long-standing official photographer for the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles (GMCLA). He has spent decades documenting the chorus’s legacy of music and activism. His archive serves as a vibrant visual history of one of the world’s most iconic performing arts organizations.

When he isn't on assignment, Gregory explores the intersections of light and landscape through Zabilski Fine Art. His fine art studies allow him to push the boundaries of the medium, focusing on master-style still lifes and conceptual imagery.

Based in the heart of the Los Angeles creative scene, Gregory continues to collaborate with artists, athletes, and designers to create imagery that is timeless, bold, and unforgettable.
